Just went here the other day, met the kindest barista! I think her name was Hanna or Hailey?? My husband and I didn't know what to order, and she happily walked us through the entire menu. Five star service.

So cute and delicious!! I got the avocado toast and a hot sugar free vanilla latte. The avocado toast comes with egg, sprouts, tomato, onions, and more. It was soooo tasty. The coffee itself is also pretty good, not too bitter. The surrounding area is also really safe and cute. Driving through the neighborhood to get there was a cultural experience. The inside was ever cuter.

I spent $16 on a sandwich and coffee and stepped away to use the restroom. There was no one at the counter for me to tell I’d be stepping away. I assumed the employees would use basic reasoning and see the bathroom key was gone and know I stepped away to the restroom and not throw away my food. I was the only customer inside, it’s pretty obvious I’m likely the one in the restroom. In the 3 mins I was gone they threw away my barely eaten food and coffee. I will be disputing this charge. Also, the sandwich had such an odd flavor. I can’t figure out what it is but I see another reviewer said the same. Very very odd flavor. I thought maybe the turkey had gone bad but it seems like some type of added flavor like celery salt or something. Very off putting. The sandwich was likely better off in the trash.

Such a cute little spot!! We grabbed both hot and iced coffees and everything was really good. The music was perfect too for a misty morning. I love the old wood furniture. It’s a neighborhood favorite (Nextdoor elected) The baristas know people by name, and even the dogs have their own fan club here. They’ve got Polaroids of all the regular pups hanging on a string, which i thought was adorable. The whole place has that easy Huntington vibe… close to the beach, cozy, friendly, and exactly where you want to stop before or after a surf or walk.

The ultimate Surf City coffee shop experience. Great variety and creativity in their coffee and tea offerings. Also, a compact and eclectic list of breakfast/brunch edibles. The lox bagel we had was delicious. The salmon, fresh and flavorful. This "downtown" place is small but gets the soft ocean breezes, and it has both indoor and outdoor seating. The vibe is nothing fancy; think "surfer/bohemian." Enjoy!
